From early morning prep 🔪 to tending the pits 🔥 to the moment their names were called as Grand Champions 🏆 — this video captures the hard work, teamwork, and dedication that earned them a $1,000 prize at Smokin’ on the Rio!
These students have been grinding in their Culinary classes, learning the art and science of barbecue. Their visits to GW BBQ & Catering have helped them see the craft in action and refine their skills like true pitmasters. 👏🔥
