Starting this February through May, we will be offering afterschool TSI Tutoring & Testing to support our students on their path to college readiness!
This opportunity is open to ALL 9thβ12th grade students who want additional help preparing to pass the TSI β your college entrance exam.

Meet Gabriel Ortiz, Donna High School Class of 2022 π
A proud DHS CTE alumnus, Gabriel graduated with his Pharmacy Technician certification, setting the foundation for his future in healthcare.
Today, Gabriel is working as a Pharmacy Technician at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio while continuing his education at the University of the Incarnate Word, where he is majoring in Chemistry with an emphasis in Pre-Pharmacy ππ§ͺ. Through the opportunities provided by Donna High School CTE, Gabriel has been able to support his education while staying focused on his long-term career goals.
Gabrielβs journey is a powerful reminder that CTE opens doorsβand hard work turns opportunity into success. We are incredibly proud of all he has accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for him.

Today, Donna High School is proud to highlight two outstanding Welding students: Daniela Martinez and Ezequiel Gonzalez! ππ
These students are first-generation college students who, by May, will have earned approximately 29 college credit hours while still in high school along with an STC Welding Certificate. πͺπ
Their journey hasnβt been easy. As first-generation students, theyβve faced unique challenges, including navigating college expectations and overcoming language barriers. But through determination, grit, and the support of the Donna High School CTE Welding Program, they are accomplishing something truly powerful, an education that opens doors and leads to real, high-demand careers.
We are incredibly proud of Daniela and Ezequiel for committing to their future, choosing college, and building skills that will allow them to graduate career-ready and college-ready. This is what CTE is all about, opportunity, empowerment, and success.
